ISO 9001:2015

ISO 9000 is as a set of international standards on quality management. ISO standards are published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The standards in this family set out broad guidelines applicable to any company in any industry with the goal of ensuring that products and services “consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.”

ISO 9001:2015 is the most widely recognized of all ISO standards. It establishes the requirements of a company’s quality management system. Audit cycle is 3 years.
